Daniela Poletti

Born in Piedmont (Northern Italy), Daniela Poletti has always, as a child, been fascinated by manual work, but dedicated her studies to pedagogy. Only after the birth of her second child did she rediscover her passion for craftsmanship.
She then decided to devote herself to the art of glass: she attended several “glass fusing” courses in Milan, taught by German and American instructors, specializing in artisanal techniques. In the early Nineties, her first experiments, characterized by inventiveness and creativity, led to a collection of glass flowers and cacti, which was an immediate success.

From this moment, it was a continuous rise. A few months later, she exhibited the first home décor items at the Salone del Mobile in Milan. In 1992, the adventure of Vetrofuso began.

Inspired by her own taste and creativity, she personally follows every order and client, assisting them in choosing shapes and colors, and specializing in custom-made creations.
Over the thirty years since its founding, Daniela continues to proudly serve major brands, fashion names, wedding planners, hotels, restaurants, and Michelin-starred chefs, successfully exporting her name and the concept of Made in Italy to all five continents.
