GENERAL INFORMATION

What are cookies and what are they used for

Your Rights

Pursuant to art. 13 of the GDPR, the Data Controller informs you that you have the right to:

  • to request from the Data Controller access to your personal data and the rectification or erasure of such data or the restriction of processing concerning you or to object to its processing, as well as the right to data portability
  • to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given prior to withdrawal
  • to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (e.g. the Italian Data Protection Authority).

Data Communication

  • The Data Controller communicates/shares the data to the web agency that manages the Site.

Retention of information

  • The user’s behavioural data are retained for up to 399 days from when they were obtained by the relevant profiling cookie. In any case, data are deleted earlier if there is withdrawal of consent by the user.
  • Data from technical cookies are stored for as long as necessary to enable the service to which the individual technical cookie relates or up to 399 days.
