When can I ask for a refund?
The buyer can request a refund (total or partial) by applying the right of withdrawal (returning any already delivered products), in case of non-conformity of the purchased products, or in case an item you ordered is unavailable.

In case some or all Products your ordered were not available, you will be informed as soon as possible by our staff and you may request a refund immediately.
Upon mutual agreement, we may also offer the following solutions:
- A new delivery deadline
- A similar product, of equivalent or greater value (a price difference may apply)

The Legal Guarantee of Conformity (Dir. 2019/771 / EU) is reserved to Consumers and can be applied within two years from delivery. No additional guarantees or insurance are offered.

Right of Withdrawal
The Right of Withdrawal (Dir. 2011/83 / EU) allows the Consumer to dissolve the purchase contract without being obliged to provide a reason. The Withdrawal Period expires after 14 days from delivery (or from the last of several deliveries of the same order).
- By applying the right of withdrawal and returning the goods, the Buyer is entitled to a full or partial refund. The costs of returning the Product will be at your expense and under your responsibility.
- The right of withdrawal applies to all products sold through the Site except those for which further customizations have been expressly and mutually agreed (tailor-made and clearly personalized).
- The right of withdrawal can be exercised through any written from (e.g. email, letter, or through our contact form). The Consumer may, but is not required to, use the following Withdrawal Form.
