TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY
The products are shipped by courier directly from Vetrofuso, from its workshop in Italy.
The chosen courier will vary according to the size of the package and its destination.
We will notice you by e-mail when the goods are entrusted to the courier, and will, when possible, provide a tracking link for the shipment.
Express or Scheduled Deliveries
Only the standard shipping method is available by the website.
If you need an express, flexible or scheduled delivery, please contact us before placing your order.
Shipping & Delivery Date
Vetrofuso reserves a variable number of days (approximately from 7 to 14 days, up to a maximum of 30) for the completion, management, shipment and delivery of the order.
The exact timing cannot be determined a priori and varies according to the situation. If we have not already done so, please contact us to find out the expected delivery date.
Orders placed through the website can be shipped to most of Italy and the European Union.
The currently included countries are: Italy, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czechia, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
The following locations are however excluded: Livigno (Italy), Campione (Italy), Canary Islands (Spain), Ceuta and Melilla (Spain), Azores (Portugal) Madeira (Portugal), Gibraltar (UK), Greenland (Denmark), Faroe Islands (Denmark), Åland Islands (Finland), Büsingen (Germany), Helgoland (Germany), Netherlands Antilles (Netherlands) and all French Overseas Departments and Territories (France).

We does not offer the possibility of shipping to “collection points” or post office boxes.
Shipping costs vary according to the size and destination of the products.

Receiving your Package
When the courier delivers your package(s):
- Check that each package is intact, undamaged, unaltered and in any case conforming to the standard characteristics of a package
- Check that the number of packages (number of packages) indicated in the waybill corresponds to the number of packages actually delivered
- Any shipping disputes and complaints must be raised immediately to the carrier (see next section).
- Any invoices or documents contained in the package must be kept.
What to do in case of Shipping Damage
Any evident damage or irregularity of the package or of the packaging or of the number of packages must be immediately reported, in the presence of the carrier, by writing a note on the proof of delivery. The content of the parcel should be checked as soon as possible.
Any damage, theft, or missing products must be promptly notified to the Seller to start the complaint procedures.
By signing the proof of delivery without any contestation, the parcel will be considered delivered fully undamaged and intact.
Transfer of Responsibility
The risk of loss or damage to the goods, for reasons not attributable to us, is transferred to you only when you, or a third party designated by you and other than the carrier, materially takes possession of the goods.
If, following one or more failed delivery attempts by the courier, the parcel is put in storage, the Seller will contact you to arrange a new delivery.
In the repeated absence of a response from the user, the order will be canceled after 14 days from the first delivery attempt, and we will refund the amount, less the total costs of custody and return (see Art. 6.11, General Conditions of Sale).
